In general, city government is non-partisan. Candidates need not be selected or endorsed by political parties, and no such endorsement appears on the ballot by state law. All 5 council seats including the mayor are elected at-large in a general election every 4 years. Terms are alternated with two council members being elected 1 election cycle, while the remaining 2 seats and the mayor are elected 2 years later. The non-mayoral seats are elected in pairs giving voters the chance to vote for up to 2 candidates on the same question. If necessary, races are narrowed down during a primary election.

I have been in the home maintenance and repair business for over 36 years, evaluating and improving the same type of shortcomings and problems I am looking for when inspecting a home. When I go through a home, I have spend hours educating myself about every possible aspect that you as a homebuyer may need to know. Then I can pass that information onto you, so you are as well informed about the house as possible. Finding the things that may be of concern is just the first step. Taking the time and being able to explain those concerns, why they happened, and what can be done, is the information you need to feel comfortable before moving ahead. It is that kind of commitment that goes into every inspection, report, and education I offer you that makes my inspections second to none. Call now 612-615-3696!
I look forward to helping you with your future home.
